Watch Me ‘everything is fine in my head and in my heart’, the newest documentary by Klara Van Es will premiere on the 30th of September 2018 at Pathé Rembrandt during the Netherlands Film Festival. WATCH ME will be screened in theatres from October 4th. Klara Van Es, known from the successful and impressive documentary LOST DOWN MEMORY LANE and CARNOT STREET 17.
Klara Van Es visited Monnikenheide, housing for people with a physical and mental disability, regularly for three years. During her last year she started filming, which would later result in WATCH ME – a warm and nuanced black and white documentary about people who aren’t as disabled as they seem.
